Returns & Exchanges 退貨及換貨


1. All payment made are non-refundable.
2. Exchange is allowed within 7 days of receipt of shipment. You must contact us via email at hello@kook-bike.com with information regarding the items you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of shipment, please note:
  • Helmet, eyewear, apparels and discounted items are not eligible for exchange;
  • The returned item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging with all attached parts;
  • Items can only be exchanged once. No refund will be given should the amount reflected a difference;
  • Customer should pay for all postage cost incurred unless the goods received is different from what you ordered or are found to be defective or damage.
3. Kook-bike Co. reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
Important Notes for Goods Delivery :
All goods will be packed and delivered to the carriers in good conditions. In case the packaging and/ or goods are found to be damaged on delivery, you should keep all the original packaging and file claim to the carrier’s local office as soon as possible.  If you have paid for insurance coverage, then we will reimburse you upon receipt of payment from the carrier’s insurer.

1. 所有訂單付款, 一經確認, 恕不退款。
2. 顧客退換貨品必須於收到貨品後的七天內, 把相關資料電郵至 hello@kook-bike.com
- 所有服飾產品、鞋、頭盔、眼鏡及減價貨品不設退換;
- 退換之貨品必須保持原有的狀態、包裝及所有隨附的配件, 如有損壞、修改或曾使用等情況, 恕不退換;
- 貨品只限更換一次;  如有差額, 恕不退回餘款;
- 除下述情況之外, 顧客需承擔因換貨而產生的運費;
  • 貨品與訂購貨品不同
  • 貨品有損壞
3. 如有任何爭議, 本公司保留最終決定權。
收貨時的情況 :
我們會妥善包裝所有送出的貨品, 若閣下於收貨時發現貨品包裝或貨品有損壞情況, 請立即/盡快向遞送公司當地所在公司或辦事處提出索賠申請, 並保留所有原有之包裝, 以便遞送公司查核。 若閣下已購買貨品運送保險, 我們將於收到遞送公司的賠償後, 退款予閣人。
